Frequently asked questions

Does Borderfy crop my photo?

No. In Fit mode your whole photo is kept and the empty space is filled with white, so nothing is cut off. Fill mode covers the frame and lets you pan and zoom.

Which Instagram sizes are supported?

Square 1:1, Portrait 4:5, Expanded 3:4, common landscape ratios (3:2, 4:3, 16:9, and the wide 1.91:1), and Story or Reel 9:16, plus the original size of your photo. Each exports at the correct pixel dimensions.

What is the grid safe area overlay?

Instagram crops profile grid thumbnails to 3:4. The optional overlay shows which part of a portrait post will survive that crop, so you can keep important details inside it.

Can I put more than one photo together?

Yes. Collage combines two or three photos with even spacing and a matching border. Carousel applies one frame to several photos and saves them in order for a multi-photo post.

Are my photos private?

Yes. All editing happens on your device. Your photos are never uploaded anywhere, and there is no account to create.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your Borderfy Pro access will be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Borderfy.
